Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jon Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hansen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Valravn - Marsk kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hopkins scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hopkins lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Daniel Hansen has been cut.
Hopkins lands a lovely overhand right.
Hopkins tried to score with a low kick but Hansen checks it.
Hopkins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hansen manages to avoid it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hansen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Hopkins connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hansen. Hansen circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hopkins throws a body shot but no joy.
Hopkins scores with a jab to the body.
Hopkins fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Hansen to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Hansen looks to clinch but Hopkins throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Hansen taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
