Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joao Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Cieslak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michal Cieslak looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joao Da Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Michal Cieslak! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Silva circles away from the clinch attempt.
Michal Cieslak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cieslak moves in looking to clinch but Da Silva pushes him off. Cieslak tries to clinch there but Da Silva circles away.
Cieslak closes the distance looking to clinch and Da Silva counters with a single leg into guard. Cieslak didn't expect that. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Cieslak being controlled here, momentarily. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Joao Da Silva just wasn't active enough. Da Silva closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cieslak to the mat! Cieslak manages to get full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Da Silva's corner is telling him to maintain position. Da Silva passes Cieslak's left leg - he's now in half guard. Da Silva is taking a breather. Cieslak says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Joao Da Silva just wasn't active enough. Da Silva swats away the attempt to clinch by Cieslak. Cieslak tries to clinch but fails miserably and Da Silva makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Da Silva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cieslak manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Da Silva pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cieslak is keeping the position for now. Cieslak looks winded! Da Silva is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Da Silva not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Joao Da Silva wasn't doing enough on the ground. Cieslak moves into range and clinches up with Da Silva. A head punch on the inside from Cieslak fails to land. Da Silva blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Da Silva drags the fight down to the ground.
Cieslak must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Da Silva has a closed guard, preventing Cieslak from standing up. Cieslak is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Da Silva has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Cieslak is looking to defend but Da Silva has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Cieslak! Da Silva pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Cieslak taps out and this one is all over!
