Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Simon Juliuz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Five (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Five misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Five throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Five instigates a clinch.
Five manages to pull guard.
Five looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Juliuz puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Juliuz is keen to just control but Five is a slippery customer.
Five looking for submissions off his back.
Juliuz frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Five is trying desperately to improve position.
Juliuz wants to control the pace but Five is squirming around nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Five shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Juliuz as he avoids it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Five is looking to control Juliuz's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Five avoid being mounted?

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Juliuz shoots and misses
so Five counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Juliuz is on top in guard.
Juliuz tries to free his leg and advance position but Five is retaining full guard.
Five keeping moving, preventing Juliuz from controlling successfully.
Juliuz not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Juliuz is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Juliuz wants to control from the top but Five keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Five had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Juliuz is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Five Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Juliuz's back instead.
Juliuz wants to control his opponent's hands but Five gets his hands free.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Five doesn't have the hooks in and Juliuz manages to turn into his guard.
Juliuz won't allow Five to sweep him here.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Juliuz shoots in looking for a takedown. Five tries to sprawl out of it but Juliuz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Five manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Juliuz counters with a nice double leg into guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
Simon Juliuz showed his dominance in that final round.
