Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Flapjacks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Voss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flapjacks kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Michael Jackson-The Way you Make me Feel. Voss comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Here comes the boom! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Voss.
Flapjacks lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Voss circles away quickly and effectively.
Voss tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Flapjacks swivels and escapes.
We've been hearing reports that Flapjacks has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Voss fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fred Flapjacks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scott Voss.
Voss shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Flapjacks as he avoids it easily.
Voss has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Scott Voss has been cut.
Flapjacks connects with a good right hand that stumbles Voss. Voss circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Still in the clinch, Flapjacks scores with a nice short uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A short body shot lands from Flapjacks as the two fighters clinch.
Flapjacks lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Voss backwards.

Scott Voss's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Scott Voss's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
