The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Bashley as Kongo shoots in.
Bashley decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bashley looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Kongo has hold of Bashley's hands but Bashley slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bashley passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kongo!

Bashley cracks Kongo with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Kongo slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Bashley slips a nice elbow through Kongo's hands, connecting with Kongo's forehead.

Bashley is figuring out what he wants to do next.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bashley winds up and cracks Kongo with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Kongo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kongo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

It looks like Robby Bashley has been cut.
Kongo postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bashley looks a forlorn figure.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bashley can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kongo is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That has opened up Robby Bashley's cut even more.
Bashley should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
