Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harry Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Marks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joey Marks will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Thiago Cunha and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marks scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Cole wants to get back to full guard.

Marks gets to his feet - back to striking we go!

Marks moves into the clinch successfully.
Marks jumps guard but Cole stands there with Marks around his waist. Marks gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Cole looking for a takedown.
Marks is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cole tries to pull guard but Marks holds him up against the cage and eventually Cole drops back down to his feet.
Marks drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Cole is fighting off a takedown attempt but Marks is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Cole to the mat. Cole regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Marks decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Cole, up you get!
Cole misses with a takedown attempt
and Marks counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harry Cole. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Cole fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Marks lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Marks tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cole paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Cole tries to keep at a distance but Marks has taken the fight into the clinch.
Marks lands a knee to the body.

Marks is trying to trip Cole. He has hold of a leg but Cole is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Marks persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Cole wants to sweep here but Marks controlling him for the moment.
Marks wants to stand but Cole is controlling his posture from full guard.
Marks looks gassed!

Marks avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Cole looking for a guillotine here but Marks defends easily.
Marks is looking to stand up but Cole won't let him.
Cole keeping moving, preventing Marks from controlling successfully.
Cole bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Marks's guard.

Cole drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Cole as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Marks screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Cole! Nice submission victory there!
