Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Coco Cobb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Kush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Coco Cobb! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bubba Kush! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kush misses with a head kick.
Kush throws a hook but Cobb blocks it. Cobb has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Cobb gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kush to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kush is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Cobb is trying to keep Kush in close.
Cobb pulls Kush in close to prevent any damage. Kush's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cobb bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kush's guard. Cobb tries to free his leg and advance position but Kush is retaining full guard. Kush lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Cobb looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kush lands a couple of decent looking shots. Kush working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cobb has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Cobb is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Kush distracts Cobb with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Kush throwing strikes but missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kush throws a big right hand that misses. Kush looking to pass the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kush wants to control from the top but Cobb keeps moving. Kush controlling from the top position. Kush looking to pass the guard. Cobb avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kush throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Cobb bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. An inside leg kick from Cobb misses. Cobb looking to land some kicks to the body here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kush is looking to chop away at Cobb's legs. Cobb swings for the body but Kush moves out of range.
Kush stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cobb. Kush displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cobb throws out the jab. Kush sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Kush fails to land the takedown. Cobb with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kush avoids a kick to the body.
Cobb fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Cobb stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cobb wants it to stay on the feet. Kush checks a leg kick. Cobb misses with a kick to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kush has his takedown stuffed and Cobb finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Coco Cobb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bubba Kush. Kush manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cobb on his heels. He'll look to pass Cobb's guard now, I'm sure. Kush has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kush works a leg free and moves into half guard. Cobb is trying to maintain the position but Kush is very close to passing his half guard. Cobb is looking to improve his position.
Cobb is working hard here to advance position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cobb holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Kush throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bubba Kush will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Cobb misses with a body kick. Cobb stuffs the takedown. Cobb moves in looking to clinch but Kush pushes him off. Kush shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cobb's guard. Cobb has his feet on Kush's thighs here. He's pushed Kush off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Kush screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Coco Cobb! Coco Cobb retains his featherweight title! In his post fight interview, Coco Cobb started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
