Pratt has chosen Goldie - A$AP Rocky as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. John McVeigh has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McVeigh throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pratt.
McVeigh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pratt circles away from the clinch attempt

and Pratt counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Pratt tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pratt has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
McVeigh is looking to regain half guard here but Pratt keeps moving and retains side control.
McVeigh gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
McVeigh is breathing heavily.

Pratt working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

McVeigh defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Pratt.
Pratt wants to take his opponent's back but McVeigh doesn't allow it.

McVeigh is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Pratt locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! McVeigh is forced to tap!
