Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sanjay Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Light (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Light is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ride for This-Fabolous. Bobby Light acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sanjay Singh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby Light!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Light shoots in for a double leg but Singh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Light, as that shot connected.

Singh takes the fight into the clinch.
Light is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Singh is defending well.

Light gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Light drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Singh dives on top into guard.

Light throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Singh tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Light is in Singh's guard.

Singh is pulling down on Light's head. It's preventing any offense from Light, at least for the moment.

We've been hearing good reports from Singh's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close round but I would say that Sanjay Singh will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Light will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
