Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Backlund shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mcclure pinned against the cage. Mcclure gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mcclure throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Backlund was covering up waiting for the punch and Mcclure finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Mcclure is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Backlund looking for a guillotine here but Mcclure defends easily.
Mcclure wants to control from the top but Backlund keeps moving.
Mcclure is really struggling to control Backlund but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Mcclure might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Mcclure avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Mcclure has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Backlund is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Backlund is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Backlund escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mcclure gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Backlund has his feet on Mcclure's thighs here. He's pushed Mcclure off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Mcclure screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
