A fine choice. Joyce has chosen Murder Ink as his entrance music. Aaron Joyce has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joyce throws a push kick but Enforcer slaps the foot to one side.
Joyce shoots for a double leg takedown but Enforcer sprawls well. He's pushed Joyce's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Enforcer stuffs the takedown.
Enforcer wants to clinch.
Joyce tries to land a front kick but Enforcer steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Enforcer throws a right and a left that both miss.

Enforcer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Enforcer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Joyce looks a forlorn figure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
