Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tompaqo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tompaqo shoots in and drives through. Kane sprawls well.
Kane is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tompaqo throws a head kick but Kane moves out of range.
Kane scores with a three punch combo!
Kane tries to close the distance and clinch but Tompaqo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Kane could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Tompaqo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kane sprawls well initially but Tompaqo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kane leaves Tompaqo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

We've been informed that Tompaqo has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Tompaqo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kane stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tompaqo tries to clinch up but Kane circles away and keeps his distance.

Tompaqo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kane is defended easily by Tompaqo.

Kane shoots in looking for a takedown. Tompaqo tries to sprawl out of it but Kane keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tompaqo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round but I would say that Bradley Kane will probably get the nod.

Tompaqo closes the distance and clinches up with Kane, looking for a takedown. Tompaqo pushes Kane against the cage but Kane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Kane keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Tompaqo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kane to the ground. Tompaqo is now in Kane's guard.
Tompaqo wants to get up but he can't break Kane's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Kane closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kane lands in his opponent's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Tompaqo controls Kane momentarily but Kane frees himself.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Kane thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
