Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alonzo Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rocky Balboa was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa throws a sloppy head kick
and Barnes counters with a head kick. That will keep Balboa thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Balboa has managed to clinch.
Barnes fails to pull guard.
Barnes tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Barnes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Balboa walks away with a smile on his face. Barnes gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alonzo Barnes. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Balboa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Barnes connects with a leg kick. Balboa looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Balboa drops Barnes with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Barnes looks back up at him and smiles so Balboa waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Barnes is rocked!

It looks like Alonzo Barnes has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Balboa cracks Barnes with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
