Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

28 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Sim Salabim!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salabim stuffs the takedown attempt from Tsushima. Tsushima gets slowly back to his feet.
Tsushima looks to land a left hand but Salabim moved out of range nicely.
Salabim scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Tsushima drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Salabim struggling a bit here.
Salabim is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Salabim prevents Tsushima from improving position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tsushima advances to full mount.
Tsushima looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Salabim wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Tsushima.
Salabim keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Tsushima trying to control but Salabim is having none of it.
Tsushima lands a nice shot to the head.
Salabim can't escape the position.
Tsushima controlling from mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tsushima cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Salabim is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Salabim defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tsushima.
Salabim is desperately trying to improve his position but Tsushima has a good base and remains in mount.
Tsushima loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Salabim scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Tsushima land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Tsushima stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chibi Tsushima!
Chibi Tsushima is the new featherweight champion!
Chibi Tsushima gave a mention to VIRAL COMBAT in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
