Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oruku Saki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Norg Loire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saki comes into the arena with Ninja Rap - Vanilla Ice blaring out of the sound system. Loire has chosen Riverside - Celebrity Touch as his entrance music. Oruku Saki could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Norg Loire's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Loire shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Saki as he avoids it easily.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Loire lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Saki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Saki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Saki takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Loire throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Saki tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Loire is in Saki's guard.
Saki is looking to stand up but Loire isn't so interested in that idea.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Loire working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Loire uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Saki has time to react.

Loire shoots in looking for a takedown but Saki manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Loire's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
