Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Homer J Pimpson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Crump! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Pimpson as Crump shoots in. Pimpson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Crump avoids the head kick by Pimpson.
Crump shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pimpson but Pimpson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Pimpson throws a head kick but Crump moves out of range.

Pimpson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Pimpson trying to mount his opponent but Crump defends it. Crump looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Pimpson is thwarting Crump's attempts to control the position. Pimpson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Crump doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. Crump closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Crump is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pimpson has escaped the position, nice work there. Crump looks gassed! Pimpson manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Pimpson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Pimpson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Pimpson is working for a submission of some sort.

Crump looks for a takedown but Pimpson sprawls well. Pimpson throws a lazy head kick and Crump counters with a head kick. Homer J Pimpson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A head kick misses from Pimpson. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pimpson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Crump counters with a nice double leg into side control. Pimpson won't be happy with that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crump tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Crump has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Pimpson is looking for a sweep. Pimpson is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Crump is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Pimpson is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Crump tries to control but Pimpson wriggling away. Crump postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Pimpson looks a forlorn figure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pimpson is trying desperately to improve position. Crump looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Pimpson working to try and regain half guard.
Crump has isolated one of Pimpson's arms. Pimpson looking to fight him off but Crump twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
