Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Carroll!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Carroll.
We've been told by Schnatter's head coaches at Team Skaggs Training Facility *LOP* that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Carroll pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Schnatter back to the cage. Carroll follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.


It looks like John Schnatter has been cut.
Carroll looks to land a left hand but Schnatter moved out of range nicely.
Schnatter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Carroll sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Carroll swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Schnatter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Carroll.
The fighters circling - Carroll throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Carroll lands a big right hand that sends Schnatter crashing to the mat! Carroll stays standing though and waves Schnatter back to his feet!

Carroll cracks Schnatter with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Carroll has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Schnatter to stand back up!

In his post fight interview, Andy Carroll started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
