The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Ballardo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ballardo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Klinkhammer's calf.
Ballardo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Klinkhammer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ballardo wants to clinch up but Klinkhammer keeps it at a distance.
Ballardo tries to clinch there but Klinkhammer circles away.
Klinkhammer darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Klinkhammer thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ballardo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Klinkhammer lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Vassago Ballardo has been cut.
Klinkhammer misses with a straight right.
Ballardo lands a jab to the head.

Klinkhammer lands a left and a right that send Ballardo crashing to the mat, dazed. Klinkhammer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Klinkhammer steps in with a hook that catches Ballardo right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Klinkhammer follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Ballardo looks absolutely devastated.
