Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rajesh Khan! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jessup stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jessup wants it to stay on the feet. Khan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jessup but Jessup pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jessup moves into the clinch. Jessup missing with knees to the body.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jessup creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Jessup lands a knee to the head.

Jessup lands an elbow just above Khan 's eye. Khan is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jessup is defending well. Carl Jessup has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rajesh Khan. Khan tries to stall but Jessup uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Jessup scores with a nice hook to the head. Khan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Jessup throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Khans head.
Khan is rocked! Jessup lands a vicious elbow to the side of Khan's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Jessup tries to finish him with strikes but Khan still seems able to defend himself so Jessup steps back and lets Khan get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game. Khan is still on wobbly legs! Can Jessup finish him? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No joy there for Jessup, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Khan is working for takedown but Jessup is calmly controlling the position for now. Khan seems to have recovered his senses. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Khan's coach down at Sugar's MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Khan's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jessup scores with a nice hook to the head. Khan being controlled against the cage. Jessup blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Jessup lands with a left to the head. A hook to the body from Jessup.
Jessup lands a shoulder strike. Jessup throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Khans head. Khan swings wildly with an uppercut but Jessup uses good head movement to avoid it. Jessup landing knees to the head.
Jessup is pushing Khan up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Khan tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Khan wants to stall.
Khan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jessup is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jessup dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Jessup connects with a nasty looking knee right to Khan's face.
Khan is trying to break the clinch but Jessup is controlling him. Jessup lands an elbow just above Khan 's eye. Jessup cracks Khan with a nice body shot. Khan looks winded! Jessup drops Khan with a big knee straight up the middle! Khan is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet! Jessup misses with a double jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jessup scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nice body kick there by Jessup. Khan throws a leg kick and Jessup counters with a slam - OH, Khan IS OUT! HE'S OUT COLD! This one is all over!
