Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jordon Buckner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Trujillo will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jordon Buckner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alex Trujillo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Trujillo as Buckner shoots in.
Buckner throws a nice looking combination but Trujillo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Trujillo closes the distance and clinches.
Buckner avoiding damage as Trujillo throws knees to the body.
Buckner tries to circle away but Trujillo has him pinned against the cage.
Buckner tries a body shot but Trujillo blocks it.
Trujillo is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Buckner can't fight it off and eventually Trujillo manages to take the fight to the floor. Buckner looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Trujillo stays in close to Buckner's body and controls the position.
Buckner controls Trujillo momentarily but Trujillo frees himself.
Trujillo sitting in guard, not really doing much.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jordon Buckner.
Buckner tries to clinch up.

and Trujillo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Buckner won't be happy with that.
Trujillo moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Buckner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Trujillo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Trujillo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Buckner wants to get back to his feet.
Buckner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Trujillo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Trujillo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Buckner knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Trujillo takes a little break here. Buckner wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Let's hope that Trujillo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Trujillo is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Buckner's shoulder. That is not cool.

Buckner is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Trujillo is controlling him well.

Trujillo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Buckner keeps working.
Trujillo has hold of Buckner's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Buckner tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Trujillo cranks the arm and Buckner screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Buckner, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
