Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Dale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson Fist will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jerry Dale!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tyson Fist!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Luis Engracia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dale takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dale on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Fist lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Dale is looking to clinch but Fist is avoiding it.
Fist has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Fist misses the shot to the body.
A shot to the body from Fist misses
and Dale counters with a series of strikes. Fist will be more careful next time no doubt.
Fist misses with a few strikes there.
Fist lands a jab to the nose.
Fist throws a poor cross that misses
and Fist takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fist throws a body punch but Dale moves out of range.
Nice body punch from Fist.
Dale slips under a jab from Fist.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fist keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fist jabbing away but nothing is landing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fist throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dale counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Fist cracks Dale with an open hand slap.
Fist looks winded!
Fist tests Dale's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Dale shoots in looking for a takedown. Fist tries to sprawl out of it but Dale keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fist manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A telegraphed right hand from Fist misses the target.
Fist throws a body shot but no joy.
Dale avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Fist lands with an overhand left.
Fist throws a series of punches but Dale avoids them all with ease.
Fist will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fist misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Dale drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Dale decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dale shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Dale stands and steps away. Fist gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Fist throws a shot from downtown. Dale moves away and avoids it.
Fist connects with a single shot there.
Tyson Fist is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dale fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tyson Fist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dale tries to clinch but Fist is having none of it.
Dale showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Fist.
Dale tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fist defends well and Dale ends up having to push Fist into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jerry Dale. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dale pulls guard effortlessly.

Dale has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fist can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Fist really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dale. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dale looking for a triangle here. Fist is fighting it but it looks tight! Dale pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Fist is tapping out - this one is all over!
