Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roy Bane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toni Urg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bane has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The key to victory for Roy Bane has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Roy Bane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toni Urg!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urg fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bane, pushing him back against the cage.
Bane wants to break free but Urg has control.
Urg jumps into guard, dragging Bane to the mat.
Urg looking for a sweep. Not yet Urg, not yet.
Urg scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Bane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Urg looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Bane!
Urg thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Urg stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Urg has closed the distance and engaged Bane in a clinch.
Bane wants to break free but Urg has control.
Bane wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Urg jumps guard and drags Bane to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Urg wants to sweep but no luck.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Urg pushes Bane off and gets back to his feet.
Bane scores with a jab to the head.
Urg tries a head kick but it misses.
Bane lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Urg is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bane knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Urg postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Urg stands up and beckons Bane to his feet.
Roy Bane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bane connects with a good right hand that stumbles Urg. Urg circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Urg closes the distance and clinches.
Urg's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Roy Bane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bane ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Urg moves away.
Bane lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Urg at a distance.
Bane really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bane misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Urg.
Bane throws a lazy right hand but Urg sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Urg displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bane throws out the jab.
Bane is looking to wear down Urg with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Urg lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bane.
Urg pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Urg drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Urg is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Urg passes Bane's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Urg perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Bane's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Urg tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bane was well out of range. Poor timing from Urg.
Bane uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Urg has time to react.
Urg throws a half hearted mid kick.
Urg shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Urg frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Urg content just to control the position here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Poor strikes thrown by Urg there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Urg looking to control but Bane is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bane looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
What can Bane do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Urg somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
Urg controls the position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Toni Urg hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Urg shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bane's guard.
Urg seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Urg passes into half guard.

Toni Urg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Urg tries to land knees in the clinch but Bane avoids the damage to the body.
Urg has hold of one of Bane's legs. Bane is fighting the takedown attempt but Urg gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Toni Urg has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Urg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Toni Urg is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Urg closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
