Sikhouasvili cracks Lewis with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Sikhouasvili throws an overhand right that lands on Lewis's shoulder, as Lewis tries to avoid the shot.
Sikhouasvili cracks Lewis with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lewis looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Sikhouasvili finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sikhouasvili weaves into range and cracks Lewis right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Lewis goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Sikhouasvili is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tigran Sikhouasvili!
