The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier lands with an overhand left.
Frazier swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rex.
Frazier has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Vale Tudo Elite Sparring in the buildup to the fight.
Rex slips under a jab.
Rex keeps the fight on the outside.
Rex misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Frazier misses with a body shot.
Rex misses with a wild body shot.

Frazier moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Rex goes down! Can Frazier finish him!?

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Frazier gets to his feet and stands over Rex, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Rex felt that one! Frazier unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Rex from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Frazier!
