Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Barry Zuckerkorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georg Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott has chosen Overkill as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barry Zuckerkorn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Georg Scott!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Zuckerkorn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Scott doesn't seem phased though.


It looks like Georg Scott has been cut.
Zuckerkorn takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Scott scores with a head kick. Zuckerkorn tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Zuckerkorn swings for the body but Scott moves out of range.
Zuckerkorn jabs Scott to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Scott takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Scott fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Zuckerkorn manages to avoid it.
Scott has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Zuckerkorn cracks Scott with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Zuckerkorn lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Scott goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Scott misses with a head kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Scott slips a jab and a cross from Zuckerkorn.
Zuckerkorn takes a jab right on the kisser.
Scott keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Oooooh!!! Zuckerkorn has knocked Scott down with a huge combo! Zuckerkorn steps away and waves a wobbly Scott back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Scott is rocked!


That has opened up Georg Scott's cut even more.
Zuckerkorn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Zuckerkorn takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Scott takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zuckerkorn fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zuckerkorn looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Zuckerkorn throws a lazy right hand but Scott sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Zuckerkorn throws a body punch but Scott moves out of range.
Zuckerkorn avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Zuckerkorn waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Scott.
No joy there for Zuckerkorn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zuckerkorn fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Scott looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Zuckerkorn cracks Scott with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.


The cut above Georg Scott's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Scott throws a front kick that sends Zuckerkorn stumbling back into the cage.
Zuckerkorn throws a head kick that misses
and Scott counters with a series of strikes. Zuckerkorn will be more careful next time no doubt.


Zuckerkorn is rocked!
Zuckerkorn avoids the head kick by Scott.
Oh Zuckerkorn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Scott blocks a head kick by Zuckerkorn.
Zuckerkorn seems to have got his legs back now.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Scott rushes Zuckerkorn and presses him up against the cage.
Zuckerkorn drops down looking for an ankle pick but Scott pulls his leg out and moves away.
Zuckerkorn misses the shot to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Scott fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Scott throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Zuckerkorn jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Scott walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Zuckerkorn checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Scott is looking to land body kicks.
Scott misses with a body kick.
Scott waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Zuckerkorn.
Zuckerkorn lands with a shot to the body.
Scott throws a head kick that misses.
Scott thumps Zuckerkorn with a low kick.
Zuckerkorn fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Scott looks to throw a body kick
and Zuckerkorn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Scott keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Zuckerkorn takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Zuckerkorn dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Scott tries to clinch but Zuckerkorn is having none of it.

Zuckerkorn shoots in and gets a takedown into Scott's guard.
Zuckerkorn trying to control but Scott is working from the bottom.
Zuckerkorn is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zuckerkorn accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Scott wants to sweep here but Zuckerkorn controlling him for the moment.
Zuckerkorn is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Zuckerkorn throws a big right hand that misses.
Zuckerkorn wants to pass the guard but Scott is keeping the position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Zuckerkorn with a flurry of punches that miss.
Zuckerkorn working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Scott's head.
Zuckerkorn slips nicely into half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Zuckerkorn thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Scott's head.
Zuckerkorn trying to control the action but Scott is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Barry Zuckerkorn dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Georg Scott's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Scott takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Zuckerkorn digs a good body shot into Scott's ribs.
Zuckerkorn scores with a nice head shot.
Scott misses with a head kick.
Scott swinging wildly here.
Georg Scott is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Zuckerkorn scores with a one two! Scott had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.


Georg Scott's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Georg Scott's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Barry Zuckerkorn!
After winning the bout, Barry Zuckerkorn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Georg Scott was interviewed post fight and said 'I'll be back'.
