1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, John Arthur Bishop! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deal wants to clinch and Bishop counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Deal stuffs the takedown attempt from Bishop. Bishop gets slowly back to his feet. Bishop closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Deal quickly recovers to half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Deal on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Bishop drops an elbow to the side of Deal's head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bishop working Deal over with strikes. Bishop has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bishop lands strikes from half guard. Bishop is riding his opponent, not letting Deal buck him off. Bishop is looking to finish with some ground and pound! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Deal covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bishop lands an elbow to the side of the head. Bishop punches Deal on the ear. Bishop has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Deal. Deal covers up after that shot from Bishop.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bishop lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Deal hold on?!
Oh Deal is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Bishop is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Bishop gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Bishop gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Bishop apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Bishop dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Deal has had enough and taps out.
