Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnson Wheeler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Deadly Murderer! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murderer darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Wheeler regains full guard. Nicely done. Wheeler is trying to keep Murderer in close.
Murderer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Wheeler keeping full guard, as Murderer tries to pass. Wheeler looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Murderer passes into half guard.
Wheeler is trying to maintain the position but Murderer is very close to passing his half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Murderer lands a nice short elbow. Wheeler is looking for a sweep. Murderer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Wheeler is not content to let Murderer control the position. Wheeler on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murderer missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Murderer takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Wheeler tries to kick Murderer off but Murderer keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Wheeler looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Murderer trying to control from half guard but Wheeler is working away. Murderer tries to stand and escape but Wheeler is controlling the position. Wheeler looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Murderer looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wheeler with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Wheeler trying to control here.
Murderer wants to work for an arm triangle but Wheeler is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murderer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wheeler is just riding it out for now. Murderer eventually gives up the hold. Murderer throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Murderer is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Wheeler! Wheeler wants to get back to his feet.

Wheeler is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Murderer looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Oh Wheeler is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wheeler throws a strike from the bottom but Murderer uses the opportunity to take his back. Murderer lands shots to the head and Wheeler turtles up! The ref has seen enough and stops the fight! This one is over!
