Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kerr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pyotr Korobeikin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korobeikin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kerr circles away.

Korobeikin has managed to clinch.
Kerr keeps control of Korobeikin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Korobeikin tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A short body shot lands from Korobeikin as the two fighters clinch.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Pyotr Korobeikin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Korobeikin looks to land a left hand but Kerr moved out of range nicely.
Kerr darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Kerr shoots in looking for a takedown. Korobeikin tries to sprawl out of it but Kerr keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Korobeikin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Korobeikin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kerr gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kerr shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Korobeikin connects with a single shot there.
Korobeikin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kerr tries to avoid it but Korobeikin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kerr to the ground. Kerr escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mark Kerr will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mark Kerr.
I think Kerr has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
