Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Franco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Anthony Taglia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter throws a series of punches but Franco moves out of range.
Carter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Franco swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Devon Carter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Franco is trying hard to land a takedown here. Carter sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well Carter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
