Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Jarod Bauer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joel Prusczek!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Prusczek.
Prusczek looks to throw the jab but Bauer is out of range.
Prusczek catches Bauer with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Prusczek swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bauer counters with a one-two to the body.

Prusczek changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bauer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Prusczek looks winded!
Bauer regains half guard.
Bauer is controlling Prusczek's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Bauer works his way to full guard. Good work.
Prusczek loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bauer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bauer manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Prusczek manages to get himself to full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bauer shoots in and gets a takedown into Prusczek's guard.

Bauer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Bauer slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Bauer thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Bauer wants to stand but Prusczek is controlling his posture from full guard.

Prusczek tries to sprawl but Bauer drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Bauer is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Prusczek can do to turn this around?
Bauer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Bauer's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Bauer is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Prusczek sees it coming and defends easily.

Bauer is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Prusczek has managed to free his arm - good work.
Bauer seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Prusczek throws a leg kick that misses.

Bauer shoots in and bounces Prusczek off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Bauer stays in close to Prusczek's body and controls the position.

Bauer drops back looking for a leg! Prusczek is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Prusczek manages to kick Bauer off! Bauer jumps back into Prusczek's guard.

Prusczek looks to land a combination but Bauer avoids it well.

Bauer wants to get up but he can't break Prusczek's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
