Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ko dives in and grabs Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki's left leg, looking for a takedown. Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki pushes down on Ko's head and hops out.
Ko shoots for a takedown but Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ko looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Abu Bakr Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lukka Ko.
Ko tries to score a power double leg takedown but Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ko somewhat.
Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki misses with a looping left.
A jab lands there for Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki.
It looks like Lukka Ko has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ko shoots in looking for a takedown. Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki tries to sprawl out of it but Ko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ko is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Ko has gone limp and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Abu Bakr Al Bagdadi Al Ameriki!
