These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manetho with a lazy takedown attempt
and Wild counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Wild gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Manetho throws a nice looking combination but Wild bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Some wild striking there from Manetho.
Wild throws a sloppy head kick and Manetho moves out of range easily.
Wild tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A head kick by Manetho misses
and Wild counters with a body kick.
Manetho stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wild.
Manetho avoids the head kick by Wild.
Manetho tries a head kick but it misses.
Manetho has his takedown stuffed
and Wild counters with a thumping low kick.
Manetho is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A head kick by Wild - that's a beauty! Manetho is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Wild can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
