Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Houser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goldberg is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by GOLDBERG. Bill Goldberg is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mike Houser! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bill Goldberg! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Houser throws a body kick that misses. Houser with a jab. Goldberg takes one to the chin there. Goldberg drives through with a takedown into guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Houser holds on and takes a little breather. Houser working a defensive guard but Goldberg passes into half guard.
Houser is looking for a sweep. Goldberg is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Goldberg drops an elbow to the side of Houser's head. Houser tries to get to full guard but Goldberg has control of the leg. Houser has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Goldberg is working away from the top position though. Houser moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goldberg is stalling in the full guard. Houser wants to hit a switch here but Goldberg passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Houser there! Goldberg content just to control the position here. Goldberg can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Houser is looking to escape. Goldberg prevents Houser from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Goldberg trying to control but Houser is having none of it. Houser bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Houser throws a strike but Goldberg rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Houser is trying to control the position but Goldberg postures up. Houser has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Goldberg can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Houser looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Goldberg in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Goldberg trying to control but Houser is working from the bottom. Goldberg showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Houser has his hands on Goldberg's head, controlling the position. Houser looking for a sweep. Not yet Houser, not yet. Goldberg looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Houser keeping moving, preventing Goldberg from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Houser is looking for a triangle but Goldberg pushes his legs off easily.
Houser looking to hit a scissor sweep but Goldberg is one step ahead there. Houser seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Houser escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goldberg gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Goldberg trying to control the position from guard on top but Houser is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bill Goldberg will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Goldberg tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Houser defends well and Goldberg ends up having to push Houser into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Goldberg breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Houser lands with a right hand. Goldberg shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Goldberg was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Goldberg has control of an arm but Houser manages to advance to Goldberg's back! Goldberg trying to control the hands but Houser breaks the grip. Houser has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Goldberg. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Houser lands with a hammerfist to the side of Goldberg's head. Houser throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Goldberg!
Houser is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Houser drops a couple of huge strikes from the back position and Goldberg is in real trouble here! Houser lands more strikes and the referee has to step in to end the fight! Houser is delighted!
