The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macale avoids a punch combination nicely.
Macale slips a straight right by Abedi.
Abedi moves out of range of the strikes.
Macale swinging wildly here.
Abedi lands the left hand.
Decent striking displayed by Abedi there.
Macale looks to land a left hand but Abedi moved out of range nicely.
Abedi throws a good cross that connects.
Macale changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

It looks like Papy Abedi has been cut.
Macale lands with a hook. Abedi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A head kick by Macale - that's a beauty! Abedi is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Macale can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

Tiao Macale spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
