Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kinfe Kidane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casey Ryback (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kidane comes to the cage accompanied by Buraka Som Sistema - Kalemba (wegue wegue). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kinfe Kidane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Casey Ryback! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryback throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Ryback connects with a leg kick. Kidane looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kidane throws a head kick that misses. Ryback throws a big shot that misses. Jab by Kidane. Ryback looks to score with a jab to the body but Kidane is just out of range. Kidane displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ryback throws out the jab. Kidane slips under a jab. Ryback blocks a head kick by Kidane.
Ryback scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Ryback fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kidane gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Ryback circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kidane lands a jab-cross combination. This has been an exciting period of action! Kidane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kidane throws a head kick that Ryback semi-blocks.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kidane tries to land a front kick but Ryback steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Ryback attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Kidane tries to clinch up but Ryback circles away and keeps his distance. Ryback staying out of range there. Ryback throws a body punch but Kidane moves out of range.
Ryback closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Ryback trying to mount his opponent but Kidane defends it. Kidane is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ryback scores with a couple of nice shots. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Ryback working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Ryback has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ryback tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kidane knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Ryback is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kidane defends it well. Ryback sitting and controlling from the half guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Kidane is trying to stand up here but Ryback is controlling him well. Kidane blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ryback. Ryback is looking to take a break and control but Kidane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ryback looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Ryback throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Kidane looks like he's trying to stand up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryback seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kidane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ryback lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Ryback works his way into side control.
Ryback tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ryback has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Ryback wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kidane keeps working.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kidane prevents Ryback from improving position. Kidane is trying to buck Ryback off.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kidane displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ryback. Kidane checks a low kick from Ryback. A nice leg kick lands there from Ryback. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kidane fails in his attempt to clinch. Ryback dives in for a single leg takedown but Kidane sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kidane lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ryback backwards. Kidane tries to land knees in the clinch but Ryback avoids the damage to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Casey Ryback dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Ryback misses with a wild body shot. Ryback misses with a hook. Ryback has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Ryback smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Ryback throws a front kick aimed at Kidane's knee but Kidane avoids it well. Casey Ryback seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ryback attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Ryback misses with a low kick. Kidane darts in trying to clinch
and Ryback counters with a takedown into side control. Ryback moves into full mount! Ryback breaks from Kidane's wrist control and lands an elbow. Ryback is in the full mount, landing strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kidane is trying to stand up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kidane holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ryback tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Ryback tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Ryback unloading with bombs! Ryback throws some wild stikes that Kidane manages to avoid easily.
Ryback goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Kidane is on top in guard.
Ryback tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kidane got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ryback has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kidane has managed to get both his arms back between Ryback's legs - danger averted.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.

Casey Ryback has got the better of the ground game so far. Kidane is trying to control the action in half guard but Ryback is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Kidane controlling the action here. Kidane looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryback is looking to improve his position.
Ryback trying to get back to full guard but Kidane takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Ryback is looking to improve his position but Kidane isn't that keen on the idea. Kidane looking to control but Ryback is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Ryback is working to get back to half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Ryback is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Kidane avoids the attempt from Ryback to control. Ryback tries to reverse the position but Kidane maintains control. Kidane avoids the attempt from Ryback to control. Ryback is squirming around, avoiding Kidane's attempts to control the action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ryback is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ryback tries to hold on but Kidane postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Casey Ryback showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Ryback looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kidane is fending him off so far but Ryback persists. Nope, Kidane circles away and we're back to standing. Ryback fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kidane manages to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ryback misses with a left hand
and Kidane moves into the clinch. Kidane with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Kidane using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Ryback has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Kidane lands a hook to the side of the head. Ryback swings wildly with an uppercut but Kidane uses good head movement to avoid it. Kidane with an attempt at a knee that misses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Ryback's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Ryback avoiding damage as Kidane throws knees to the body.
Kidane makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Ryback is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kidane is defending well. Ryback struggles to land a body shot inside as Kidane controls his hands.
Ryback tries to pull guard but Kidane forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Kinfe Kidane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Casey Ryback. Kidane connects with a nasty looking knee right to Ryback's face.

It looks like Casey Ryback has been cut. Ryback jumps guard but Kidane turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Kidane gets through Ryback's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
