Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keiran Corkhill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Domino Kennedy!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Corkhill is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.


It looks like Keiran Corkhill has been cut.
Corkhill takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kennedy lands with a hook. Corkhill tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Kennedy misses with a series of wild punches.
Corkhill shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kennedy sprawls well. Kennedy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Corkhill gets slowly back to his feet.
Kennedy scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Corkhill darts in looking for a takedown but Kennedy gets double underhooks and turns Corkhill into the cage.
Corkhill is trying to drag Kennedy to the mat but Kennedy just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keiran Corkhill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kennedy lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Corkhill or not.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kennedy scores with a nice hook to the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kennedy creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Kennedy throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Corkhills head.
Kennedy stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kennedy lands a body punch in the clinch.
Kennedy works on Corkhill's body with a couple of short punches.
Kennedy digs a right hand underneath Corkhill's ribcage. Corkhill let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Kennedy breaks from the clinch.
Kennedy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kennedy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Corkhill looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kennedy is fending him off so far but Corkhill persists. Nope, Kennedy circles away and we're back to standing.
Kennedy fails to land with a series of punches.
Domino Kennedy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kennedy misses with a body shot.
Kennedy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Corkhill is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kennedy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
No joy there for Kennedy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Corkhill takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Corkhill feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Corkhill prevents Kennedy from getting back to his feet.

Corkhill drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Corkhill jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kennedy is trying to push Corkhill off with his feet but Corkhill grabs hold of one of the legs and drops back looking for a submission! He's cranking on one of Kennedy's ankles and Kennedy is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Ankle Lock). Keiran Corkhill!
A relieved looking Keiran Corkhill thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Domino Kennedy spoke after the fight, saying 'I'll be back, and I'll get better. Thanks for coming and watching me fight tonight, everybody!'.
