Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Sansing misses.
Sansing needs to keep his hands up - Deems had a free shot at his head there.
Deems will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Deems looks to land a combination but Sansing avoids it well.

and Deems counters with a left to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Deems. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Deems.
Deems lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sansing circles away quickly and effectively.
The fighters circle momentarily. Deems darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Deems tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sansing paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Sansing misses with an uppercut.
Deems tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sansing manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Deems throws a hook but Sansing avoids it easily.
Sansing misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Deems tries to bum rush Sansing with a series of wild strikes but Sansing uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Deems has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sansing is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Deems throws a series of punches but Sansing moves out of range.
Sansing works the jab nicely.
Deems throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sansing counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Deems!
Sansing working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deems is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Sansing is controlling him well.

Deems is squirming around, avoiding Sansing's attempts to control the action.
Deems holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Sansing tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Sansing is really struggling to control Deems but he's trying to hold on to the position.

BOOM! Sansing connects with a massive shot to the dome!
It looks like Mingo Deems has been cut.
Deems is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Sansing throwing strikes here but Deems is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Deems blocking the ground and pound.
Deems is wriggling around trying to escape.
Deems reaches up and holds on to Sansing to control the position.
Sansing wants to control the pace but Deems is squirming around nicely.

Deems trying desperately to get to his feet.
Sansing is landing with some decent strikes but Deems is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Deems's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Deems tries to hold on but Sansing postures up.
Sansing can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Deems is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Deems throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Deems thuds his right hand into Sansing's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Deems fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mingo Deems is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Deems scores with a hook to the body. Sansing takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Deems will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Deems lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Sansing backs up against the cage.
Sansing is rocked!
Deems goes for a small jab and connects. Now Deems goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Sansing stumbles back but Deems runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Sansing to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Sansing will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mingo Deems!
Mingo Deems decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
Alan Sansing spoke after the fight, saying 'This fight's not over until my opponent tests negative for performance-enhancing drugs...and given his past history, I doubt that his system's clean.'.
