Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blake Winchester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Ding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Winchester might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ted Nugent - Stranglehold. Ding has chosen Mortal Kombat as his entrance music. Blake Winchester has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Blake Winchester! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Dick Ding! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ding shoots in but no luck this time. Ding throws a leg kick and Winchester counters with a nice kick to the body. Ding throws a body kick that misses. A low kick from Ding is predictable there and Winchester counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Dick Ding has been cut. Ding feints and as Winchester raises his hands in defense, Ding changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Ding in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ding throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ding scoring with punches to the head and body. Winchester working a defensive guard but Ding passes into half guard.
Ding not landing any meaningful shots this time. Ding is controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winchester is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Winchester avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Ding. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Winchester wants to control but Ding is keeping busy.
Winchester is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ding scores with a couple of nice shots. Ding content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Ding is looking to take a break and control but Winchester is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ding not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Ding seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Winchester is defending against the submission attempts here by Ding.
Winchester is looking to control Ding's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Winchester avoid being mounted?
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Ding throws a nice looking combination but Winchester bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ding throws a right and a left that Winchester avoids nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ding rushes Winchester and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Ding breaks from the clinch.
Ding throws a low kick but Winchester moves out of range easily. Ding misses with a combination
and Winchester makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Ding really felt that one! Ding throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ding tries to bum rush Winchester with a series of wild strikes but Winchester uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Winchester sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Winchester gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ding. Ding throws a nice looking combination but Winchester bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Winchester takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Ding lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ding. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ding misses with the combination.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ding throws a half hearted mid kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dick Ding dominated that round. The cut man is working on Dick Ding's cut. That's time! Winchester's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ding fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ding looks to land a combination but Winchester avoids it well. No luck for Ding with that takedown attempt. Ding throws a nice looking combination but Winchester bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winchester takes a shot right to the bread basket. Winchester takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ding pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Winchester back to the cage. Ding follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Ding misses with the combination.
A thudding body kick lands there by Ding!
Ding throws a series of punches but Winchester avoids them all with ease. Ding fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Blake Winchester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dick Ding. Ding attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ding tries to bum rush Winchester with a series of wild strikes but Winchester uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ding misses with a body punch
and Winchester counters with a left to the body. Ding shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Winchester as he jumps to the side. Ding gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ding is trying to break free. Ding breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ding misses with a body kick. Ding takes the fight into the clinch. Ding wants to get back to striking at distance but Winchester won't allow it.
Winchester manages to break the clinch.
Ding tries to work over Winchester's front leg with a kick but Winchester checks it. Ding throws a right hand that Winchester ducks under and follows up with a left that Winchester also avoids with ease. Ding dives in for a single leg takedown but Winchester sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Winchester gets through Ding's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Winchester working some nice short punches in the clinch. Winchester lands with a left to the head. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Winchester tries to pull guard but Ding holds him up against the cage and eventually Winchester drops back down to his feet.
Ding is trying to break free. Winchester breaks from the clinch.
Dick Ding seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ding throws a right hand that Winchester ducks under and follows up with a left that Winchester also avoids with ease. Ding rushes Winchester and presses him up against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dick Ding showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dick Ding's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Ding breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ding scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Winchester doesn't seem bothered though. Ding lands a nice leg kick that just misses Winchester's sensitive parts. Ding bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ding clinches up with Winchester and pushes him back against the cage. A nice left hand lands by Ding.

That's one minute gone in the round. Ding scores with a spinning back kick! Dick Ding seems to be getting the better of the standup. Winchester takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Ding gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Ding has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Winchester regains guard immediately. Ding must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Winchester has a closed guard, preventing Ding from standing up. Winchester lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Winchester trying to control but Ding is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Winchester is looking to work some ground and pound but Ding has wrist control. Winchester loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Winchester makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Ding wants to sweep but no luck. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ding trying to keep a closed guard but Winchester is proving a slippery customer.

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Winchester can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Winchester content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Ding working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Winchester. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ding is on top in guard.
Ding stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Winchester swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ding in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ding postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Ding has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Winchester is looking for a triangle but Ding pushes his legs off easily.

Ding would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ding missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ding tries to free his leg and advance position but Winchester is retaining full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
And that's the end of the fight! Dick Ding comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Ding has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
