Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Turd Anderson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
30 - 20 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Nevsky! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nevsky shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Anderson misses with a wild body shot. Anderson lands a nice hook to Nevsky's body. Nevsky takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Nevsky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Anderson manages to avoid it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nevsky. Anderson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Nevsky at a distance.

Nevsky changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but Nevsky manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Turd Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Nevsky. Nevsky staying out of range there. Nevsky has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Nevsky uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Anderson.
A right-left combo lands from Nevsky. Anderson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nevsky moves away. Nice straight punches there by Anderson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Anderson. A jab from Anderson does it's job there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Anderson takes a swing at Nevsky's ribcage but misses. We've been hearing reports that Anderson has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Nevsky pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round. Nevsky gets caught napping as Anderson dives in and scores a takedown. Nevsky manages to retain guard. Anderson with a flurry of punches that miss. Anderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Nevsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nevsky wants to sweep but no luck. Anderson advances to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nevsky tries to kick Anderson off but Anderson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Anderson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Anderson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Anderson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Nevsky wants to improve his position but Anderson is controlling well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Anderson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nevsky does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. That's four minutes gone in the round. Anderson lands a couple of good shots and Nevsky has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Anderson has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Anderson cracks Nevsky with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Nevsky from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Nevsky is trying to stand back up. Nevsky trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Nevsky trying to get back to his feet but Anderson is in full control for now. Nevsky tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Anderson was well out of range. Poor timing from Nevsky. Nevsky fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Anderson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Nevsky doesn't seem bothered though. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nevsky is defended easily by Anderson. Anderson just misses with a punch to the body.

Anderson throws a body shot but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nevsky shoots in but Anderson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Turd Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Nevsky. Anderson jabs Nevsky to the body, keeping him at a distance. Anderson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Anderson tries to free his leg and advance position but Nevsky is retaining full guard. Anderson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Anderson with a nice head shot there. Anderson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Anderson landing some decent shots from guard. Nevsky looking to hit a scissor sweep but Anderson is one step ahead there. Anderson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Anderson stands up over Nevsky, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Anderson postures up and lands a big shot to Nevsky's brow. Anderson lands a couple of decent looking shots. Anderson stands and throws Nevsky's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anderson working the body and head with strikes. Anderson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Nevsky can do to turn this around? Nevsky takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Anderson lands an elbow. Nevsky tries to improve position but can't. Anderson working the head and body with strikes. Nevsky is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Anderson is controlling him well. Anderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Anderson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Nevsky is looking to get back to his feet here but Anderson is keeping cool and he's managed to take Nevsky's back. Nevsky is rocked! Anderson is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Nevsky has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Anderson has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Nevsky taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Anderson doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Turd Anderson! Turd Anderson retains his welterweight title! Turd Anderson thanked the fans post fight for their support. Alexander Nevsky was interviewed post fight and said 'Well ... what can I say ... my opponent was better than me tonight and congratulations for him! But I will come back strong and better prepared next time and put on a show for you guys !!!!'.
