Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dylan Dexter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tired and clearly flustered, he entered the arena late and after a little discussion it was decided that the bout should take place. Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Coleman and Dylan Dexter. Dexter has chosen Pink Fong as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jake Coleman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dylan Dexter! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dexter with a poor takedown and Coleman counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Coleman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Coleman lands a nice short elbow. Dexter actively working from the bottom here. Coleman winds up and cracks Dexter with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Dexter has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at GreatWall MMA. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Coleman has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Coleman is working Dexter over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Coleman keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Dexter is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Coleman scores with a couple of nice shots. Dexter gets full guard. Dexter is looking for a triangle but Coleman pushes his legs off easily.
Coleman distracts Dexter with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Coleman postures up and lands a big shot to Dexter's brow. Coleman wants to control from the top but Dexter keeps moving. Coleman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dexter on the ground. Dexter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Coleman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Coleman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jake Coleman dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Jake Coleman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Coleman lands strikes from half guard. Coleman looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Dexter won't allow Coleman to pass to mount. Dexter works his way to full guard. Good work. Coleman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dexter swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dexter had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Coleman defends it easily. Dexter not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Coleman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Dexter controls Coleman momentarily but Coleman frees himself. Coleman pushing down on Dexter's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Dexter tries to roll over but Coleman keeps him under control. Coleman works his way into full mount! Coleman with shots to the head and body - Dexter looks very uncomfortable down there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coleman raining down hammerfists from mount. Dexter is in a horrible position here. Coleman smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Dexter is rocked! Coleman cracks Dexter with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
