The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyrma lands a body shot.
Tyrma throws a body punch but Rekis moves out of range.
Rekis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tyrma dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tyrma takes a swing at Rekis's ribcage but misses.
Tyrma's coach down at Bad Pluto! was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tyrma's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Tyrma lands a jab.
Rekis clinches up against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rekis changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tyrma fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tyrma jabs Rekis to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Tyrma scores with a nice strike.
Tyrma lands with a shot to the body.
Tyrma gets tackled into the cage by Rekis. Rekis maintains the clinch.
Rekis tries for a takedown. No joy.
Tyrma manages to break the clinch.
Tyrma is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Rekis rather than just go for the knockout.
Rekis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tyrma circles away.

Rekis loses concentration momentarily and Tyrma pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Rekis crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Tyrma finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kurko Tyrma!
A relieved looking Kurko Tyrma thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
John Rekis spoke after the fight, saying 'I'll be back!!!'.
