Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Ortega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brayan Fernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortega's entrance music is Say Yes. A fine choice. The key to victory for Nelson Ortega has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortega gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Fernandez counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Ortega flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Ortega could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Nelson Ortega decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
