Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Benito Roach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sithembile Udoh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Benito Roach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sithembile Udoh! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Roach. No joy for Udoh on that attempt. Udoh looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Roach is pressing down on Udoh's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Udoh trying to control but Roach is working from the bottom. Roach has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Udoh can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Roach trying to keep a closed guard but Udoh is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roach throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Udoh stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's one minute gone in the round. Udoh misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Udoh throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Roach tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Udoh is in Roach's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roach is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Udoh got a little sloppy there for a moment and Roach has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Udoh has managed to get both his arms back between Roach's legs - danger averted. Udoh works over Roach with some ground and pound from guard. Roach trying to keep a closed guard but Udoh is proving a slippery customer.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Roach is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Udoh defends well. Roach working for submissions but it's allowed Udoh to get to half guard.
Udoh wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roach keeps working. Roach wants to control but Udoh is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roach is looking for a sweep. Udoh is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Roach trying to control but Udoh postures up.
Roach flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Udoh tries to stand but can't do so whilst Roach controls his leg. Roach moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Udoh tries to stand but Roach is controlling from the bottom. Roach is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Udoh defends well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Roach isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Udoh stacks Roach on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Udoh! Roach is breathing heavily. Udoh creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Roach sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Udoh trying to control the action but Roach is working from the bottom. Udoh is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Roach knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sithembile Udoh dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Udoh doesn't manage to clinch there - Roach circles away.
Roach throws a wild body kick that Udoh sees coming a mile off. Benito Roach is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Udoh tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Roach fails with a takedown attempt. Sithembile Udoh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Udoh swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Roach finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Udoh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Roach swats him away and circles back towards the center. Udoh has a takedown stuffed. Udoh throws a nice looking combination but Roach bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Udoh is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Udoh feints and as Roach raises his hands in defense, Udoh changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Udoh is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Udoh is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Roach has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Udoh is looking to defend but Roach has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Udoh! Roach pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Udoh taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Benito Roach!
