Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Dunozo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durden comes to the cage accompanied by Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower. Tyler Durden has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randy Dunozo! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durden is looking to clinch. Durden tries to clinch there but Dunozo circles away.
Durden shoots for a takedown but Dunozo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Durden fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Durden is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Durden tries to clinch up but Dunozo circles away and keeps his distance. Durden shoots in for a takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dunozo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Durden has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dunozo is working away from the top position though. Durden gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Dunozo counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Durden's guard now. Durden wants to get back to his feet but Dunozo is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Dunozo is stalling in the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Durden escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dunozo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Durden wriggles free and stands up. Durden tries for a takedown but Dunozo circles away easily so Dunozo counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Dunozo drops back looking for a leg! Durden is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Durden manages to kick Dunozo off! Dunozo jumps back into Durden's guard. Dunozo trying to control but Durden is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Durden wants to stand up but Dunozo is controlling him. Durden has his foot on Dunozo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dunozo works his way back into a safe position though. Dunozo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Durden has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dunozo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Durden is looking for a triangle but Dunozo pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dunozo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dunozo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Durden to the mat! Durden manages to get full guard. Randy Dunozo has got the better of the ground game so far. Dunozo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Durden will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Durden is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Dunozo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Durden is looking to stand up but Dunozo isn't so interested in that idea. Dunozo preventing the sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dunozo trying to control the position from guard on top but Durden is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Durden is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Durden preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Durden throws a head kick that misses. Durden gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily so Dunozo counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Dunozo trying to control but Durden is working from the bottom. Durden has his feet on Dunozo's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Durden is trying to get back to his feet. Durden tries to buck Dunozo off but Dunozo is having none of it. Durden is trying to get back to his feet. Dunozo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Durden, who protects the arm well. Dunozo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Durden is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Dunozo asserts his dominance and retains side control. Durden bucks up and tries to throw Dunozo off but instead Dunozo has got his back! Durden tries to escape the position.
Durden won't enjoy being in this position. Dunozo looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Durden is tapping - it's over boys! Dunozo picks up the submission victory!
