Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edwardo Mccarty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Edwardo Mccarty has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Edwardo Mccarty seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Edwardo Mccarty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nick Kong!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Edwardo Mccarty has been cut.
A low kick from Mccarty misses
and Kong makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mccarty shoots for a double leg takedown but Kong sprawls well. He's pushed Mccarty's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kong pounces like a tiger and cracks Mccarty with a vicious hook! Mccarty is down but not out! Kong follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Nick Kong!
After the big win, Nick Kong made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors VIRAL COMBAT and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
