Head shoots in and gets a takedown into Rodriguez's guard.
Head wants to get up but he can't break Rodriguez's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Head could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Head is posturing up here but Rodriguez has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Head tries to roll out but it's too tight and Head has to tap! Slick submission there by Rodriguez!
