Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Severus Ignotus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mason has chosen The Beautiful People as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bill Mason is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Severus Ignotus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bill Mason! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mason defending well as Ignotus loads up on a big left hand. Bill Mason seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ignotus is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mason's half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ignotus thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Mason tries to kick Ignotus off but Ignotus keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Mason has hold of Ignotus's hands but Ignotus slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Ignotus missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Mason is trying to stand.
Ignotus thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mason's head. Mason looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Ignotus is thwarting Mason's attempts to control the position. Ignotus passes to side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mason is looking to reverse the position. Sloppy strikes there by Ignotus.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ignotus misses with the ground and pound. Ignotus throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Mason wants to get back to his feet. Mason dodges the ground and pound from Ignotus. Mason is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Mason takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Ignotus working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Ignotus in side control, throwing shots but Mason defends. Mason regains half guard, as Ignotus was trying to land strikes. Ignotus throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mason kicks Ignotus off and gets back to his feet. Ignotus dives in and grabs Mason's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mason pushes down on Ignotus's head and hops out. Mason swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Ignotus. Ignotus is breathing heavily. Ignotus moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mason closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Ignotus's guard. Mason is fighting to break Ignotus's control of his arms but Ignotus is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Ignotus looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Mason forces his way into half guard. Mason thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Ignotus has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mason sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ignotus defending well though. Mason is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ignotus defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mason wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ignotus keeps working. Mason thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ignotus's head. Mason decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Mason lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mason moves into the clinch. Ignotus breaks the clinch.
Ignotus gets tackled into the cage by Mason. Mason maintains the clinch. Mason pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ignotus misses with a takedown attempt - Mason sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Mason tests Ignotus's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mason tries to clinch up but Ignotus circles away and keeps his distance. Oooooh!!! Mason has knocked Ignotus down with a huge combo! Mason steps away and waves a wobbly Ignotus back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Ignotus is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mason lands a big right hook! Ignotus looks hurt but is still standing! Mason lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Ignotus falls down and Mason dives in with a huge hammer fist! Ignotus's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Mason runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bill Mason! During a confident post fight interview, Bill Mason thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
