The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy thuds his right hand into Hilton's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hilton takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Guy throws an off balance right hand
and Hilton counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Guy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hilton manages to avoid it.
Hilton has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Hilton moves out of range as Guy strikes.
Guy connects with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guy swings for the body but Hilton moves out of range.
Guy lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Guy misses with a left hand
and Hilton counters with a crisp right hand that drops Guy! Hilton lets Guy back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Carmel Guy has been cut.
Guy tries to clinch up but Hilton circles away and keeps his distance.
Guy lands an overhand right.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Guy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hilton moves away.
Guy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A telegraphed right hand from Guy misses the target.
Guy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hilton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Guy misses with a wild body shot.
An inside leg kick from Guy misses.
Guy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hilton sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Guy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hilton.
Guy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hilton on the side of the head.
Guy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hilton bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Hilton uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Guy.
Guy just misses with a punch to the body.
Hilton circles away from the clinch attempt.
Guy throws a lazy uppercut
and Hilton counters with a crisp right hand that drops Guy! Hilton lets Guy back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Hilton slips a jab from Guy.
Hilton ducks under a wild hook from Guy.
Guy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Guy swings widly with a right hand
and Hilton counters with a nice right hand that sends Guy toppling to the canvas! Guy scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hilton finish him?!
Oh Guy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Guy seems to have got his legs back now.
Hilton dodges the punch combination from Guy.
Guy throws a lazy uppercut
and Hilton counters with a right hand from hell and Guy is out cold! A vicious knockout!
