The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benvenuti lands a body shot.
Bobby ducks under a wild hook from Benvenuti.
Benvenuti displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bobby throws out the jab.
Bobby throws a hook but Benvenuti avoids it easily.

It looks like Hank Bobby has been cut.
Benvenuti throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Bobby throws out a loose jab but Benvenuti uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bobby throws an off balance right hand

and Benvenuti counters with a crisp one two that drops Bobby! Benvenuti thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bobby to his feet! Bobby is in big trouble!

Bobby is rocked!
Benvenuti throws a series of punches but Bobby avoids them all with ease.
Bobby is still on wobbly legs! Can Benvenuti finish him?
Bobby shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Benvenuti sprawls well. Benvenuti wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bobby gets slowly back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A combination from Benvenuti does no damage.
Bobby seems to have recovered his senses.
Bobby shoots in but no luck this time.
Bobby takes a swing at Benvenuti's ribcage but misses.
Bobby should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Benvenuti ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bobby moves away.

Benvenuti bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Bobby misses the jab.
Benvenuti definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Benvenuti misses with an uppercut. Bobby saw that one coming.
Benvenuti swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bobby.
Bobby tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Benvenuti was well out of range. Poor timing from Bobby.
A big right from Benvenuti misses.
Bobby misses with a hook. Benvenuti ducked under it nicely.

Benvenuti drops Bobby with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bobby looks back up at him and smiles so Benvenuti waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Benvenuti slips under a jab.
Benvenuti drops Bobby with a huge uppercut! Bobby drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Benvenuti is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

A very excited looking Massimo Benvenuti rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
