Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig Paris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Dorokhov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Craig Paris!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergey Dorokhov!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorokhov lets loose with a powerful body kick. Paris will feel that in the morning.
Paris shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dorokhov as he avoids it easily.
Paris slips under a jab.
Paris dives in for a single leg takedown but Dorokhov sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dorokhov.
Dorokhov prevents a takedown attempt there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Craig Paris. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dorokhov lands an elbow that stopped Paris in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Craig Paris has been cut.
A shot in the inside from Dorokhov.
Nice body punch from Dorokhov - that landed with a thud.
Dorokhov lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Paris or not.
Dorokhov lands a knee to the head.

Dorokhov misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dorokhov putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Paris in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Paris is breathing heavily.

Dorokhov scores a nice knee to the body.
Dorokhov scores with a hook to the body.
Dorokhov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dorokhov drops Paris with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Paris looks back up at him and smiles so Dorokhov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dorokhov closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Paris! Dorokhov dives in looking to finish! Paris is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergey Dorokhov! Sergey Dorokhov retains his middleweight title!
